Night school is best for adults. I think the insecurity situation in the country is not suited for kids going out at night. Besides, they should be sleeping.

That's true. Adults could go to these schools even after going about their various activities for the day.
Yes. Night school is for busy adults and not for kids that have no business to do.
Some children who stay with their guardians in their various shops throughout the day, could also attend.. because they might not be allowed to go to day schools as the case may be
