Challenges like that are nice short term sugar hits, but for consistent rewards, you want to be building meaningful relationships with those with stake.
Add value with your comments, don't just chase numbers.

I try to add value and not chasing numbers, is that what you got from my comment? He is building engagement within a community with this sugar hit he pays out weekly while not looking for investors this way I don't believe. I also do not chase those with stake to add value via my commenting, while adding value sounds nice it is just a more effective way of chasing numbers.
