dCity is cool in that you don't have to actively play each day to make money, like you do in say Splinterlands.
As for your city, it looks like you're on the right track :)
Try to keep your unemployed as close to zero as you can, thus keeping all your cards active and at full employment.
I see in that screenshot you have 19 unemployed, so to get that closer to 0, maybe consider selling some population cards off, or buying some income generating cards from the market.
High in-game taxes make building a SIM income from a small city like this a slow burn, but you'll start to see the scaling potential as you go.

This would be a perfect game for me to play: go through enough to set up the basics of the city, enhance it as needed, let it do its thing. I'm not sure if I'll take the plunge and play, but I will invest a bit in dCity and other promising games needing some love.
