(10/🧵): Game changer!

Heck, you can even see usernames in the Trade History.

Here, usernames are even shown in the Trade History.

It sure was a "game changer" for me in my manual curations. Useing it all the time. Gives me lots of info in deciding, who shall I upvote, and who just ignore.

Cheers Alfa.

Keep doing gods work with your stake :)

I am using this all the time. So usefull.

Awesome #threadstorm.. you might be the first or at least one of the first to create one and I love the topic you chose to do it on ;) #LEO!

Cheers Khal, love your work as always!

(3/🧵): If you're smart, you can use this information to accumulate LEO on the cheap from those consistently dumping their rewards.

Let's dig deeper.

(8/🧵): Can you spot the key difference in how the order book is displayed?

Alternate Hive-Engine view.

(15/🧵): Scour the Trade History section and look for usernames of people consistently dumping steady amounts of LEO.

Likely they have a stack of LEOM or are simply consistent bloggers who dump the LEO portion of their rewards.

This is an awesome thread here, had taken a long time without trading on HE, and I think the time is now to get back there.

#threads

Sounds like you need to buy and stake some LEO ;)

Yeah true.

1st time reading a thread on #leothreads!
Boy... It was a good read :)
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Dropped a bunch of 100% LEO votes on some posts on the thread :)
Have a !PIZZA while you are at it too 🍕🍕🍕

Thanks mate, much appreciated :)

That was a fun read! Loved it.

Thank you :)

Such a useful piece of information shared via #threads. :') Thank you so much Dane. Love it!

This is your thing.

I'm looking forward to seeing one of your long-form specials!

Haha soooon. Not sure if it's my thing but I really like doing them. xD

An over-the-counter deal doesn't seem bad but I prefer to just throw down my order and wait. It's great information and I never really found out how to see who was selling or buying before.

Up to you.

Pretty cool that its doable though :)

Oh, this is wonderful, another milestone achieved here on hive ecosystem, great one

The way you can access the Hive blockchain using different front-ends mean there are lots of cool little tricks like this that not everyone is aware of.

Cheers :)

Nope, I sell it and buy super discounted LBI.

You know I've been doing the same and definitely approve of that strategy.

Smart :) https://leofinance.io/@forexbrokr/your-chance-to-accumulate-cheap-lbi

Well, who do you think gave me the idea?

Last time Hive Pumped I was able to buy some of them for even cheaper than LEO. Nuts.

(2/🧵): Did you know that its possible to view a version of Hive-Engine that also displays usernames beside orders in the book?

(4/🧵): You're likely used to viewing the regular LEO market on Hive Engine at the following URL:

https://hive-engine.com/trade/LEO

(5/🧵): There, the Hive-Engine order book for LEO will like this:

The Hive-Engine order book.

(6/🧵): You can see all of the orders in the book...

...but you can't see who they each belong to.

(7/🧵): Now try using the following URL to bring up the same Hive-Engine LEO market:

https://he-market.usehive.com/?p=market&t=LEO

#omfg thank you! I have seen this in screengrabs from time to time but never knew where. #awesome

I gotchu :)

(9/🧵): Not only can you still see all of the same orders in the book.

You can now also see the usernames of who each of the orders belong to.

Thanks for this link. I'd been using https://cfoxon.github.io/?p=market&t=LUV but it's good to have a backup.

Are they exactly the same?

I can't tell haha.

(11/🧵): So now you have this invaluable information, put on your detective hat and try to land a deal to buy some cheap LEO.

(12/🧵): How?

Well, you can start off by concluding that serial dumpers on this list want to get rid of their LEO as fast and stress-free as possible.

(13/🧵): At the same time, you want an easy supply of LEO flowing into your account and will pay cash HIVE.

A match made in heaven if ever there was one.

(14/🧵): It's literally beneficial for both parties to strike a deal, somewhere between the bid and ask price for an OTC trade.

(16/🧵): Once you've found a suspect, head over to their profile and drop a comment asking them if they'd be willing to do a deal.

(17/🧵): Better yet, tag them in a thread and strike up a conversation this way!

(18/🧵): You shouldn't be worried to reach out because a smooth OTC deal helps the seller as much as it helps you.

Just remember to be courteous and professional in your approach.

(19/🧵): To save yourself some time, I would suggest ignoring orders from the leomaker account.

(20/🧵): This is a market making bot designed to front run bids and offers.

You're not going to get much of a reply here 🤖.

(21/🧵): You're now equipped to secure yourself a steady stream of cheap LEO.

LEO that you don't have to scrap with plebs in the order book for.

You've got this!
