So you're allowed to call the !hivebits command once per day by writing it in a comment.

If you do it here within my mine, then you will receive 0.9 HBIT and I will receive 0.1. (This is what you did.)

Or you can do it on one of your own posts and receive the full 1.0 HBIT.
