This year I have committed to run a "proper" full #hive node at home too... the project is on schedule, but still waiting some cables for some changes I need to make.

I have been exposed to some via https on hive.atexoras.com:2096 for a while... but this node has no history.

Anyone's free to use if you want another simple hived node.

More incoming... link to my monitoring above, below.

Believe me...

I want my own HIVEd node!

Sort:

And I will support you as much as I can.

Ideally then people can follow my steps and help further grow the chain support.

Not sure I have the resources to set up a node now.

I will try to help once its the right time for me.

What guides did you use to set it up?

Mostly none... just what is on hive source and a bit of my experience.

But I am building a guide to my own. I will then probably try to explain people what parts are which. I might be able to forge a version of it for people and explain a bit of my rationale behind it.

I feel like a lot of Hive is here is the source code / gitlab etc... best of luck.

More guides are needed to onboard people.

I agree... first I need to go through the experience. Then I will feel more confident to share and educate.
