You might need more, or you might not get rewards everyday. Also, be aware that rewards are dependent on curation, so you might not get anything on the first 7 days. It will depend on if they have other funds to pay in advance (I am guessing).

When I moved from Portugal to New Zealand I had this same non-problem of interpretation. Now its the other way around.
