The LP pair circulating supply I think its the value you see in the contract (after you click in the View on BscScan). But I was trying to get confirmation from the team... maybe @fbslo can clarify that.
Yeah... does not make sense to me, unless those addresses are just contracts (the approve thing you have to answer)... and then it will be under that where you see the holders.

17 addresses, doesn't sound like much

Most of the CUB-BUSD LP tokens are staked in the Cub contract (showing as 1 address here).
