Are Premium features accessible only via labs at this point? From someone's description, labs can only be used through mobile, and I'm only using desktop at this time (for security purposes).

Not as of 4 hours ago! We pushed the latest version of Labs to Production!
Yup, managed to get it through the regular UI just now! Looking forward to seeing the features. It's fun to be among the first group of people to subscribe to this new group of ongoing developments.

Interesting, I've never been able to access it across multiple separate tries separated by a decent amount of time
I think the variables of operating systems, internet speeds and other IP address variables are at work here. @khaleelkazi really believes in moving fast and breaking things.
