2/🧵 - Most of us always believe the fact that resting is equal to sleeping itself but there are a lot of other aspects that go unnoticed because we don't think much about them as well which require rest too.

3/🧵 - There are a lot of aspects which require rest for their own way as well such as our emotional side, mental state, creative thinking etc. We should be looking forward towards resting each of them as sleep isn't just the magic medicine for everything as we believe.

It depends on the type of sleep you get. If you are sleeping on a comfy bed with the right posture, then it is the ultimate way to rest. But if you are sleeping on a chair, table or worse on the floor, then that is bad.

Yeah, the way we sleep can surely have an effect but most of the times sleep can't actually help with every single aspect as it does get better with individual attention.
