This new feature popped up today and I just rented it for a week but I am a retard and I don't understand what it does, lol. Also, I couldn't find any more info or announcement about it on the official @cryptobrewmaster account.

I read somewhere (Discord or Telegram) from Rollie that they were going to reduce or even stop distributing the water via the Daily Quests.
This way the water tower of marketplace will be the only place to get your water.
