That's pretty impressive how most of the communication was done right on the blockchain. Makes me wonder how many were following along watching :D
Every member had a different time budget, level of knowledge regarding Hive memos and keys, and different working speeds, which is fine but needs to be acknowledged and accounted for.
This sounds very similar with what our team experienced, and I found it cool that we each just naturally applied what we were best at to the team effort.
Sounds like your team also figured out how to work around the barriers and delivered in fine fashion.
