We are also waiting for a governance proposal to be live, which allows unlocking the remaining airdrop.
Regarding the Lum network airdrop, there is a proposal one can vote for especially for this airdrop. It's proposal #1. It isn't a real proposal, it does nothing except facilitating this airdrop.
