Interesting topic! When you think about it, all entrepreneurs have strong autonomy in the beginning, but they may lose it later on as their businesses grow and they have shareholders or boards to answer to. The reverse is not necessarily true. Not all autonomous people have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Rightly said! I think that situation often happens when the business expands and more people come on board, each having a say on how things will go. Good that technology is making business structures leaner, which is gradually removing the need for more partners.
