TapTap Send Transfer Canceled Without Notice

I tried sending money through TapTap Send, and everything seemed to go through—until I checked a few hours later and saw the transfer had been canceled. No message, no email, just quietly reversed. Is this something that happens often? What’s the best way to know why it got canceled?

Used TapTap Send to help out a family member abroad, and after getting the confirmation screen, I assumed it was all set. Later in the day, I noticed the funds were back in my account with no explanation. Out of curiosity, I checked taptap send customer service and came across similar stories. Some users mentioned that certain transfers get flagged without notice, especially if it’s a new recipient or large amount. I ended up re-sending a smaller amount, and it went through fine. Keeping transfers consistent seems to avoid random cancellations.
