I love sweet food and it's not junk. I prepare my meals at home and yet, they are sweet because we can't do away from sweet foods. We need them to keep our sugar level balanced and keeping it natural is the best option.

I think it's because a lot of sweet food uses unnatural sugar... If it's sweet with something natural like honey, or if it's intrinsicallysweetlikeapplesit'sveryhealthy!!
