I gave up buying self-help books about 30 years ago when I found myself outside the University of Washington bookshop in Seattle with 7 self-help books I'd just bought. One of them was entitiled "Stop Improving Yourself and Start Living". Uh. Hang on . . . Oh the irony! 😂 Cured me of my self-help habit though.
