first, you need a WAX wallet and 15 WAX (or 1 HBD)
pro tip - you can get WAX on Hive Engine as SWAP.WAX and withdraw straight to your WAX wallet
once you have your WAX wallet and 15 WAX, or 1 HBD in your Hive wallet...
