I have never had melon soup. I can't imagine what it tastes like... is the black thing I see inside fish? It looks delicious and healthy.

Yeah, the black thing inside the soup is roasted fish, I prefer the taste to boiled fish.
I guess it's nkt common in other country, and it's taste good, the soup is made with melon seed.
