In CHina the government is fighting Tencent , Alibaba and JD and their rich CEO's. In Australia Google won of the Government who were balcked out themselves after complaining about Google.
There are attempts to try to reign them in. The challenge is that mega-tech is also going to be under attack from decentralization. However, in the meantime, we are going to see the earnings of those companies still increasing, along with their power.
Each time they pass a law or win something against a major company, the company just reboots and is more powerful a year later.
