How to identify and overcome BURNOUT

Have you ever been burn out or stressed out??

Some people today don't even know when they are stressed out, they think everything unusual to the body is just sickness.

Research has further explained that burn out or stress out is a situation whereby the body is weak due to too many activities being carried out at a time especially without rest.

The human body comprises of many bones,atilaries and veins and even joints.

These bones,veins, atilaries and joints are all connected to the brain.

The brain is the largest part of the human body and all other parts are connected to it.

The brain tells the body what to do at a particular point in time.

How do we know that we are stressed out or burned out, how do we identify it??

Research has made it clear that when the body is burned out or stressed out it shows that the bones,veins, atilaries and joints are very weak due to too much unusual activities being carried out at a little period of time.

When one is stressed out too, the brain is said to have carried too much activities and as such can cause a brain tumor.

The body is also said to be stressed out or burned out when one tries to engage in too many activities at a time and have little or no stress.

Stress out or burn out is further explained to be a situation whereby the muscles are weak and unrelaxed.

As a hustler we have to overcome stress as this may cause the body not to be at ease or may even result to sickness such as stroke etc.

Energy drinks have been further introduce to help ease stress in the body but at the same time too much of it may result to an unknown sickness.

Pain relieve drugs are also produced to help ease burn out but too much of taking it may lead it ulcer, which is a deep hole in the stomach.

Ulcer patients as well have been advised to abstain from pain killers so as not to broaden the wound in the stomach.

Today in the world,both men and women,young and old, children and adults are facing burn out.

As far as u are hardworking and not lazy, there is every tendency that one may experience or expect burn out.

When you feel weak or not relaxed or Maybe a slight headache after working then it means u are stressed out and needs some rest to ease it off.

If you are feeling dizzy too after a long trip or work that is also a symptom of stress.

It can also come with headache, hunger and weakness.

Stressout may result to some sickness which Dont know.

We need to take proper care of our body, avoid too much work load at a time as body no be firewood oo, take energy drinks to regain energy and try to get enough rest so as to relax the bones,the brain and the muscles.

How can we overcome stress??

Firstly,we need to avoid too much work load at a time as we have earlier mentioned because this may break down the muscles.

Secondly,we need to eat enough of carbohydrates which is an energy giving food especially when we want to work, this will supply energy to the body.

Thirdly, take energy drinks but not too much to avoid too much gas.Also take recommended energy drinks. Check expiry dates before opening.

Further more, Try take a full day out of work and sleep through out, get enough rest it helps to relax the mind.

Lastly,if u experience unusual burnout or stress out, try and see a doctor,at this point,self medication is not required.

Always remember that health is wealth💯
