Looks like you were blacklisted by one of the sponsors for a fake review. Most sponsors reference blacklists of each other, so this has a chain effect. One sponsor blacklists you and all other blacklist you automatically. This is why you can no longer see the same selection of offers as other users.
To verify this, you may sign out and open the page. But if you login and offers disappear - it is a good indication that you've been blacklisted by one of the sponsors.
This is how they protect themselvs against repeated abuse.
