Per Coin Gabbar, the SEC dismissed all fraud and market manipulation charges against Justin Sun on March 5 — the Tron Foundation and a TRON-affiliated company will pay a $10M civil penalty to close out the 2023 case involving token sales and celebrity promotions. Light settlement for a crypto billionaire, but it clears the regulatory cloud that's been hanging over TRON.
