Hello all @splinterlands lovers

In the recent day the price of Splinterlands game assets boom like anything. Some of the assets now 10x as compare to the few months back. So this is surely a benefit for early game joiners. Every days a many players are joining the game and the every singe addition of player tell the story of success of the game.
Every week the count of new joining barks the previous records.
On 5th October the Splinterlands team update on discord that Splinterlans has registered it's 1 millionth account. wow 1 Million....

DEC Price

With increase in so many players their is huge demand for the cards on market which is booming the price of game assets. The DEC is in-game token used for the game asset purchase and also tradeable on Hive-Engine

The DEC price was pegged to $1 per 1000 DEC. At resent the price is $0.0137 per DEC, which is 13.7 times the pegged value. If your compare the current value for the low hit by the DE in past the current value is more then the 25 times.

Do you think the DEC is over Priced?

If you compare the price of DEC with the pegged value the price is looks very over prices. Lets compare the DEC price with other asset prices. I am making SPS airdrop is the base for the calculation.
Why SPS? because SPS are the Governing token and the hike in price is after the release of the SPS token only. You can guess the future value of the SPS.

SPS airdrop depends on the collection power you have from different assets holding in your account.
Let's compare the per CP you will received if invest $1 in those assets.

DEC - Current Price is $0.013 and it gives 1 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 76 points.
ALPHA Pack - Current Price is $356 and it gives 4800 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 13 points.
BETA Pack - Current Price is $134 and it gives 2400 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 18 points.
DICE Pack - Current Price is $67 and it gives 900 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 13.43 points.
UNTAMED Pack - Current Price is $56 and it gives 600 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 10 points.
ORB Pack - Current Price is $110 and it gives 2400 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 21 points.
Plot- Current Price is $463 and it gives 10000 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the aprox 21 points.
SPT - Current Price is $0.086 and it gives 0.25 point to collection power. That means 1$ investment gives the 2.9 points.

It looks DEC is still undervalued as compare to the other assets.
Still $1 investment attract more CP points as compare to other options.

I find the price increase and fomo around Chaos just bewildering.

The fact that DEC is still increasing is something I hadn't expected at all!

I imagine the price of both DEC and SPS will come down once the Chaos Legion presale is done!

I think you got the SPT price wrong, it's 0.0163$ instead of 0.086$. That makes it gove 21.5 Points for 1$ if I'm not mistaken. Good overview and insight though. It's pretty much all about the airdrop points right now in Splinterlands
