Seems like there's a minimum quantity to delegate. Tried with my 9. but it didn't go through. Got a message of insufficient balance.

Yes. I forgot to mention that part, sorry. The minimum delegation is 10,000 cent!
Only staking, may give you curation rewards for voting on the posts with #cent tag. I am no aware of any dividends for only holding/staking cent tokens!
