The biggest challenge I think is to get rid of all the bad opinions and prejudice.
I think a good move is to have a mobile app, because it helps play a few minutes in your spare time, for example in the bus, train or after lunch (maybe even at work๐).

The games must be fun and enjoyable so people actually would want to spend time in them. If the assets they earn gain value, that's nice but they only gain value if people want them to play with.
