Happy Monday Hive community! Today I am going to share the latest update on my 365 Day Savings Challenge here on Hive. This is the first time that I participate in the 365 Day Savings Challenge this year and I am creating a weekly progress report so I can look back on the saving progress I have for this week and also to have a good documentation of my saving progress here on Hive as well as to see if I am getting closer to my goal for this year. This week marks the 42nd week of the year and I will continue to talk about the saving progress I have for this week here on Hive.

Primary Goal

HBD

My Primary saving goal this year is to store a great amount of HBD on my Hive wallet as I have learned that it is a stable coin and it also has a very nice APR percentage when saving and depositing it in the wallet. Having a lot of HBD saved in the wallet also gives a generous amount of HBD interest that can be redeemed each month depending on the HBD saved on the wallet which makes the HBD savings a rewarding experience.

The main savings goal that I have planned for this year is to save at least 1 HBD every week and by computing the weeks that a year has, I should be able to come up with 52 HBD at the end of the year if I could manage to consistently save a HBD every week.

For this week I was able to achieve my weekly HBD saving target as I was able to earn a HBD amount of 1.011 HBD and this HBD earning comes from cumulative rewards I got from my active engagements in the community and also by joining different giveaways challenges as well as contests that are all hosted in the Hive community. I can say that I am in a very nice spot since it is week 42 for this year, I am expected to have at least 42 HBD stored on my wallet and I have managed to overcome this expectations that I have set since I now have 46.294 HBD stored on my wallet as of this writing. This now puts me more closer to my savings goal as I am now at 89.02% of my 52 HBD goal at the end of this year and based on the trajectory and the consistent progress that I have, I think I can achieve this goal at the right time and hopefully I can exceed the expectations that I have set for this year.

Secondary Goal

BBH

I have also set another saving goal for this year and that is to saved a huge amount of BBH. In the previous years, I always sell all the BBH that I have every time I earn it on my wallet however I recently found out early this year that this coin actually gives rewards to its holders. Being that said, that information gives me the encouragement to save and store the BBH that I will earn on my wallet as the rewards I will get from holding it will be fruitful.

The target amount that I have set for my secondary saving goal was 1000 BBH at the end of the year which I was able to accomplish earlier than I anticipated. Since I have already accomplished the 1000 BBH goal, I initially have increased it into 1500 BBH which also was already fulfilled few months ago. This time I have now set it into 3000 BBH as my new secondary goal for this year.

For this week I was able to continue saving a lot of BBH into my wallet and I manage to earn a nice amount of 26 BBH and it has been possible by doing active participation in the Hive community through comments, engagements and also by creating blogs as well on the platform. The amount of BBH I earned this week puts me more closer towards my new goal of 3000 BBH at the end of this year since I currently have 2,573.05 BBH stored on my wallet and this now puts me at 85.77% to my BBH goal. Based on the progress that I currently have, I think I would be able to achieve this goal before the year ends

89% at week 42 means you’re ahead of trajectory—and that’s rare. Most people define goals but forget execution. You’re showing both.
What’s interesting: from 1000 to 1500 to now 3000 BBH—every time you hit your goal, you raised the ceiling. This shows goal setting isn’t just a number for you, it’s a momentum builder.
Just one question: when HBD interest comes in monthly, do you track it in this same accountability framework or separately? Because the compound effect over 365 days can seriously surprise you.

Yes I account the HBD interests that comes every month
