The application of mindfulness in our spending or personal finance is straightforward as it simply has to do with the way an individual is intentional about certain purchases. In mindful spending,it requires discipline to be able to discern that which is necessary and important from that which do not matter. This concept of incorporating mindfulness is all about making healthier decisions about your finances that will make you place priorities on purchase that aligns with your values, goals, and needs, and if it is otherwise driven by impulse or emotion which is unhealthy. In managing our finances, this is why concepts like minimalism, budgeting and mindfulness helps to curb unnecessary and unwanted spending.

One way to fully incorporate this method of managing income and finances is to constantly put in consideration the way and manner you spend money. It is very important to be aware of how your daily, weekly or even monthly expenses take shape. At times a person can be lured into impulsive buying just because you fancy that gadget or dress or item but just so you know, it tampers with your set goals or long term financial plans if you have one. So to be mindful, be aware of what triggers you to make some kind of purchases that are not necessary and find a means to avoid them.

About being mindful of your expenses in your life, one way to curb this is to live within your means and income. This should go with appreciation and gratitude of what you have and can afford rather than been extravagant unnecessary and be in huge debt that causes more trouble for you. The mindset of been intentional about what you have can go a long way to divert your attention from wasteful spending. For instance, I have been practicing this mindset for a while now it has really helped me grow positive When oy comes to my personal finances. The kind of salary I make a month determines what and what I would be getting for myself, while I place the basic needs that are important and necessary to sustain life and live healthy.

Another way to manage finances and practice mindfulness is to limit spending. It's okay to set limitations in some aspects of our lives, this helps us to focus on what is to be achieved without distractions. So also in our personal finances or whenever we want to go shopping for household items or personal items, we should always set a clear path for what would guide us , so as not to derail from our budgets.

In essence, mindfulness is a concept in the financial world that allows individuals to make intentional and wise spendings , taking into consideration their incomes. This will go a long to saving for the future and necessary needs.
