Why do you think so? And why are they uneducated?
No job after schooling and some of them are frustrated. So many think it will be best to stay without going to school.
What is the main issue? lack of schools or no money or no interest to go to school?
No money and no job after schooling.
That another serious issue some are half educated which I the worst of all
