I hope it does. It's exactly what the world is looking for right now. Everyone claims they want an alternative to the awful traditional social media.
There's a lot of negative media hype around crypto, which is keeping some people back (I've talked to people who actually believe ALL crypto has exorbitant fees).
There's also just inertia. People don't want to learn a new system so they stick with the old.
It will take a critical amount of people switching to get people over here, but once we hit that amount, the network effect should take hold and we'll skyrocket.
