Hiro, I've indeed commented the tweet, and not quote-retweeted as asked. I'm sorry for this small mistake; in my localized version of Twitter, the two options ("Retweet" and "Quote Retweet") have totally different names, and the second one has NOTHING to do with the direct translation of "quote". They just changed the whole meaning in PT-BR.
