Well there is no doubt that an investment in cryptocurrency is better off than real estate, not that I am entirely ruling out the real estate section but with present happens and with investor flocking around bitcoin and it’s alternatives this will definitely see some growth.
The financial service giant JP Morgan in a publication says that crypto assets has definitely surpassed real estate when we talk about growth, according to their report the leading digital assets bitcoin has grown, while in real estate there has been a slump in the market due to it’s rising interest rates.
It mentioned of the target price and it’s market capitalization, microeconomic challenges has also affected alternative asset classes which they still classify the crypto assets as a better alternative to real estate. In their words; “The past month’s crypto market correction looks more like capitulation relative to last January/February, and going forward, we see upside for Bitcoin and crypto markets more generally.”
Looking at the real estate market is not that possible for us to experience a bullish run and the gradual process of APY which is not as massive as crypto is siting stacking and framing. For instance Hive stable coin which just increase it’s APY from 12% to 20%, this initiative will definitely draw investors to invest into the system because of the massive yield for real estate it doesn’t happen like that.
The unstable nature of this asset class which it might not have a an impact in the rate as which investors are pumping more money into this virtual assets. It also has a feel at the decentralized finance and it’s technologies.

You don't have to pay property tax and maintenance with crypto.
And you can be anywhere in the world and still have access to the value, and not tied down to a location.
It's good to have both and find a balance based on individual circumstances.
