Multiple Income Streams
Often 99.9% Passive!
Blog, Share, Earn; a common pitch for anyone promoting Hive. A similar one would be "Join, Create & Earn". While this is true, with communities in mind one could probably tweak it even further to have something like this instead:
"Join, Create, Earn, Earn And Earn."
Truth is that the communities on Hive, if used properly, can become a superb passive income, but it doesn't stop there. As communities can be used to easily, (as simple as using a tag!), the communities also enables another income stream.. For each community you use, you'll have an extra income stream. That's pretty cool if you ask me.
However, not all communities are likely to thrive, so instead of using each community tag you find, you might wanna consider to be part of some that you like and some communities you actually believe in. That's what I would recommend. LEOFinance is definitely one of them. Neoxian is another one for me personally, and because I want to publish content on both communities, I also use both tags.
So, instead of being rewarded Hive and HBD alone, I also get NEOXAG and LEO whenever I publish content someone curates. Up until just recently I have always used Hive.blog whenever I published stuff and used tags to push my content on communities. Recently though, I started to use the LEOFinance interface instead. I haven't had a single issue with it and as icing on the cake, I also keep 10% more rewards for using it as 10% of the LEO rewards on content that is not created on LEOFinance.io is burned.
NEOXAG, Hive And LEO Rewards
With communities, there's no need to copy & paste your articles. A simple tag does the trick and your content will automatically be posted on each community whos tag you use. If you're using Hive.blog and use the tags leofinance and neoxian like I did until recently, you'll be rewarded both Hive, HBD and LEO+NEOXAG. That is what I would call a passive income as you would end up with Hive + HBD alone before the communities were born.
At the time I'm writing this, 1 LEO is worth a bit more than 1 Hive, so to get both Hive and LEO rewards simultaneously is obviously amazing. As you can see in the screenshot I shared above, you can see that those are the rewards for my five most recent articles. All of them were posted on Hive, Neoxian.city and LEOFinance.io, which automatically tranforms into three different income streams instead of one.
With the current price of LEO/Hive or Hive/LEO, one could simply say that I basically get 2x the rewards for using one single tag when I publish content. That's a crazy profit.. Thinking in the same lines, it means that I grow twice as fast. So if I made 1 Hive in 2 days, I get 1 Hive in 1 day because of LEO. In reality, I'd actually get 2 Hive in 1 day..
How cool would it be if NEOXAG climbed and suddenly were worth the same as Hive as well? Or any of the other community tokens we have. There's tons of Hive communities out there, so just pick a few and keep at it.
With that said, multiple income streams are great. All roads lead to Rome, and you are Rome on Hive. You can easily set up a handful of different income streams on Hive, because the only thing you have to do, is to use the community tag.
Having hundreds or thousands of useless tokens isn't fun, but what if some of the communities suddenly starts to thrive and gain momentum.. The tokens increase in price..

Using multiple community tags is perfectly fine as long as the content is appropriate for the community. If not, the community stakeholders will have to use their downvoting power to remove rewards from inappropriate content and to push its visibility down.

I have hope with neoxag too, I think the people behind it are also behind BRO token. I'm having hope too concerning it
I haven't looked into BRO at all to be honest.. But I'm starting to hear some good things about it, so might be worth taking a look.

I've been getting NEOXAG and PAL through posting. I love the fact that we can get these just by adding the tag. There are some other tokens in my hive-engine wallet - some staked like CCC and sports, that I don't even know how I got. Haha. Not that I mind. I love getting tokens! <3

Oh I see. That's why. There was a time when I was only blogging daily using actifit. Anyway, I'm still getting some sports almost daily and I guess that's good coz I hear sports will also fly.
I've got some of those too. Not sure how.. I don't really care about most tokens right now though. I'll try to stick with LEO and NEOXAG, and possibly looking into another one in the near-ish future. (I don't really care about palnet, but I've been using that tag for a while.)
