We've all been seeing a lot of discontent lately about the current price of HIVE.
But our community is decentralized, we have no market makers and the price of HIVE depends solely on our activity.
So why don't we all help the price of HIVE rise together?
After all, together we are a force.
That is why we propose to start an annual HIVE marathon.
The idea is simple.
Within 90 days, users who have registered and confirmed their participation in the marathon start to buy 20 HIVE daily on centralized exchanges (the list of exchanges is attached), withdraw them to their account and initiate POWER UP by increasing their HIVE POWER every day.
Every day, @hive.marathon will publish a report on the activity results of the marathon participants, which will be voted on by our project partners with a lot of HIVE POWER.
This will form a prize fund that will be distributed among the winners of the HIVE Marathon.
@threespeak is currently a confirmed HIVE marathon partner.
HIVE Marathon rules
To register participants, anyone who wants to participate in the marathon sends 0.001 HIVE to @hive.marathon with the memo "I participate in the HIVE Marathon" from the participant's account.
The HIVE Marathon will start on 05.09.24 at 12:00 CET and will last 90 days.
By 12:00 of the following day CET, the participant must perform the following actions:
- buy 20 HIVE on one of the crypto exchanges from the recommended list:
Binance @binance-hot2
Upbit @hot1.dunamu
Gate @gateiodeposit
HTX @huobi-withdrawal
MEXC @mxchive
V4V.app @v4vapp
the purchased 20 HIVE must be transferred to the marathon participant's account
initiate the POWER UP function for the purchased 20 HIVE to transfer them to HIVE POWER.
Such a list of actions must be performed by a marathon participant every day during all 90 days of his participation.
Importantly. During the participation in the HIVE Marathon, the participant must not initiate the POWER DOWN function for his participant account.
Every day, on behalf of @hive.marathon, information will be published about the participants' activity, their compliance with the HIVE Marathon rules, and the amount of the prize fund.
The winner will be declared the participant who followed the rules of the marathon during the entire period of its holding.
There may be several winners, so the prize fund will be divided equally between them.
After the end of the marathon, the list of winners and the size of the part of the prize fund to which they claim will be published 🏆
Perhaps the partners of the HIVE Marathon will show a desire to additionally reward its active participants. Who knows 😉

OK. Since I buy hives every day, I'm happy to take part in the marathon. I see that only 4 users have registered so far, including me. Maybe 20 hives per day is too much for "normal hives"? But anyway, the 20 hives are set for 90 days and we should try it.
I would like to participate in the prize pool.
I'm offering 1MVest (584,770 HP). This will be divided among all participants who have complied with the rules.
If there are more than 10 participants, I'll increase it to 2 MVest.
