Ah, okay, thanks for replying here. So for this service to properly work we need to you submit a post that is no older than 24 hours. We edited our page to reflect this as you were the first and immediately we had to deal with this, lol. So thank you for helping troubleshoot, lol.
The reason is that with Hive posts, we only have a 7 day upvote window before the post is paid rewards. So older posts cannot be upvoted to earn, AND, our promote feature that burns the LIST tokens does not work when its an older post.
So we are going to refund your LIST tokens and let you use the service again with a new post.
Sorry for the trouble, but this is something we didn't think about addressing at first.
We have refunded you your LIST and are happy to help you in the future with a new post that we can help share!
