Its week 34 (26/08/23) of my savings focus for 2023 with the Saturday Savers Club which I think is a great Hive community initiative run by @shanibeer writing as @sally-saver on the @eddie-earner account.
My focus for the rest of the year is:
- My annual HP target of 10K HP,
- HBD:HIVE trading,
- @eds-vote 2k HP delegation and my annual EDS target of 100.
Weekly Stats
Weekly commentary
- My weekly gain was +181 HP, which is pretty darn good for me, and down to some good travel posts while on vacation in conjunction with the low price of HIVE which is improving the post payouts,
- My HP total is 6737 HP. This time last year I had 1556, so have gained 5181 in the year,
- I need a further 3263 HP to hit my 10K target, which at 18 weeks to go requires 180 HP per week (down 1 per week). It will be tough for me to hit this, plus I didnt post much this week, so next weeks payouts will be poor,
- I added another 112 HP to my delegation to @eds-vote to help with my annual EDS target. I now have 1761 HP delegated which is really helping my weekly EDS income (1.34 EDS this week from the delegation alone),
- I gained +1.94 EDS this week. So the delegation is really helping, and I'm close to gaining 2 per week now. I'll get close to my year end target of holding 100 EDS, but wont quite make it - but thats ok,
- I gained +1.332 DAB and +1.059 DBOND from DAB and DBOND drips this week. The price of DAB has reduced again this week (bids at 3, asks at 7.96) - but thats still pretty great value !,
- HBD:HIVE trading - I had zero trades this week, as there was nothing really in my price range with the price of HIVE being so low.
Plan for the coming week
- To continue to make sure I post daily to ensure daily HBD and HIVE author rewards,
- To be active in HIVE Blog curation to help with HIVE curation rewards,
- To continue to increase undelegated HIVE in order to improve HIVE curation rewards,
- HBD:HIVE Trading - The price is currently too low for my trading range, but I did start to lower my trading range a little, because a HIVE price in the $0.30s seems to be a thing - and that will help increase my number of trades,
- This weeks delegation of 33% of my weekly HP income (+60 HP) will be going to @eds-vote, and I will continue to do that until I hit my target delegation of 2k,
- I will be selling HBD payouts from posts for HIVE in order to power up more towards my annual HP target, especially while the price of HIVE is so low - its making quite a difference to that target at the moment.
In summary, it was a pretty good week again, with my HP taking another nice jump towards the 7k mark ! Here's hoping for more weeks like this !
