Regardless of the minting stages, having that consistency keeps people in, and keeping engagement should be a paramount thing to do. This will definitely help the community grow.

It's also been discussed that in order to keep your community engaged, you must set a clear goal post-mint, and even though a lot of founders during the mint period overhyped their projects, it's very important that you don't go too high. Doing this will definitely help to keep your community engaged.

Being present on a daily basis and getting users engaged is another way to keep your community engaged, too. It was also discussed that the community shouldn't be given any reward for engaging, which I personally didn't agree with.

As part of the communication, it's also been discussed that we should establish what we want holders of our community project to do, and no one should tell holders what to do.

Owning an asset is key,but it's important that you give the holder's access to do whatever they want with the NFTs they are holding; the founders should not be the ones telling the holder's what to do with the asset they have.

It's also been discussed that there are a lot of things to do in order to keep your community engaged after all; giving them the room for decision-making is vital; this will also help to spark up engagement, be it on discord or in space.

Also, it was discussed that a holder should not just be in a community because of the level of financial breakthrough attached to an asset, but they should also be adding value to the community.

Getting feedback from your community members too is important. As a founder, it's not a crime to open up since your community loves what you are doing. Getting their take on what you have to offer is definitely another proper way to promote your project.

It's also important that a founder has the right people around him; that will help in the area of decision-making, especially for users who are not just after the bags or anything else. Having people who want to stay around and build themselves is very important.

Even when it comes to driving support, we need the community to progress, not just the founders driving the support. Another thing that's important is that the founders need to understand that they should build a project that the community will love and support, not just the financial part alone.

Some people will love what founders are doing irrespective of their financial lives. Utility is not always taking the bag or having some financial advantage when it comes to keeping your community engaged. There are various means by which holder's can derive utility from a project without talking about the financial part. That's Why it's always important to always communicate with the holder's always.
