The name of the account you created is the "id" of the community, in that case you created hive-113095 so the url of your community is https://peakd.com/c/hive-113095/created
I'm not super familiar with the UX for communities, but you may need to log in as that new account and use it to edit the various fields, and set your new account as admin :)
