Giving #Workouts at Home another try
Haven't did a workout in a long time and just did started again from today.
Felt like I'm not strong like before, gotta get used to with it proper workout and consistent again.
How you guys stay consistent, curious if going gym will make any difference??
I should give it a try too, my mental stability needs it, lol. Is completely normal to feel less strong, but when we get used to it we lose that feeling. I'd hate gyms, but I'm not everyone.
