We cannot control how one decides to do with his/her rewards. It's a personal choice for each individual.
I am listening to the AMA and Khal was talking about the Ad Revenue that they're working on. I think this will help in the future. That's one reason to keep stacking up LEO (at least for me).

It is allowed to have alt accounts as long as such accounts are not doing something fishy.
