I would like to think it is the bottom but time will tell. Hopefully things will turn out better after the airdrop and with the deployment of pHive anytime today (potentially before the 4th as Khal said).

Yes, probably a week or more from now. The pHive is said to be deployed 4th May (or earlier as Khal mentioned).
