Are you on mobile or desktop? The website uses hive keychain, so on desktoo you need to have the hive keychain extension, and on mobile you need to access through the hive keychain app/browser

I am doing it on mobile and when i am entering key chain also it was refusing to take me in
Can you take screenshots? The more information I have the better I can help.
If possible take a screenshot of the name you input, then the error, and more if you have more stuff to show.
