A reason why I never use non-privacy oriented and non FOSS A.I. models is that, apart from storing for an indefinite time all your prompts and interactions with those models, OpenAI & Microsoft use their algorithms to profile you and forecast your decisions, minute by minute. After that short chat with GPT 4, you're definitely tagged in their databases as a "critical thinker".
