A question, regarding the HODL Rewarder: when you write "More LSTR = higher chance/weight", does it mean that some days a part of us, as LSTR holder, may not receive a vote? The term "chance" gives me this impression.

Voting while holding #LSTR is guaranteed to reward you. The chance word here is more towards the percentage reward from lstr.voter.. cheers
