Could any formal announcement about $LEO on ARB wait for the short term (6 months or so) Ethereum price decline to have slowed down? The Pectra hard fork will in the short run reduce again the MEV and revenue for Ethereum as the main chain, so probably better to wait for the dust to have settled.
