A difference with Stategy B is that I don't see the US authorities seizing our LEO/LSTR/SURGE, to refinance themselves, while it's a quite probable scenario with Strategy B's bitcoins (they'll purchase them for fiat at a lower-than-market-price, like physical gold in 1933).
