I prepared Afang soup last wee. TTheewaterleaf was gotten from my garden too.

Ok my dear, it's seriously needed in many soups, like olugbu, egburu egbu, ukazi, edikikong and how can anyone make Afang soup without water leave? It is so much demanded for in the markets.

It has soft appearance and texture, it's good 😊.

You know in Africa we eat so many vegetables, this is one among them, we also eat swallow that is cassava flour with soup, so when we make our type of soup, we use this very leave sometimes to make soup like those soups I listed in my thread, this very leave has so many benefits to health, thank you for coming around.
