I totally see your point and I have the same problem. You can't find any transactions about your earnings from these pools. What I did is that I create sell orders for the tokens in the pool at a price that I was sure they wouldn't be executed. So I had zero of these tokens in my wallet and I could then check how many I recieve. You get them normally once a day. In BeeSwap you see when the payouts are done:
Also on Tribaldex you see how much you will more or less recieve. So far this was quite accurate.
