For a couple days now, I haven't been able to figure out how to unwrap wLEO! It's been like getting Christmas presents early with instructions to not open until X-Mas. As Tom Petty said, "The waiting is the hardest part".
Normally, you would just go to the wLEO tab in your LeoFinance wallet. Tapping the unwrap button and confirming the transaction should be a wrap (pun intended). That's assuming you've connected your MetaMask wallet to your LeoFinance Account.
The Dreaded Red, No Signer FAIL Message!
If you're ready to unwrap your wLEO and you get this FAIL message, don't worry. There's still a way you can unwrap your wLEO and bring it over to your LeoFinance wallet.
We'll call it the MetaMask, LeoInfra workaround. Here's how you do it starting from your MetaMask browser.
Open MetaMask And Bring Up The Browser From The Navigation Menu
Once you open the MetaMask browsers, simply copy/paste https://leofinance.io into the search bar and hit enter. If you haven't already connected your MetaMask account to LeoInfra, you'll want to do that first.

Assuming your LeoFinance Account is already connected to MetaMask, you'll want to 'Sign In', instead of signing up.
Once Signed In, Use The Normal Process
Now that you're signed into your LeoFinance Account on the MetaMask browser, follow the same steps you otherwise would to unwrap your wLEO.
To do this, go to your wallet and open the wLEO tab. It's the bottom tab that looks like a box or present. See below:
The difference here is that you won't lose any LEO when you unwrap as part of the unwrapping fee. Instead, you'll pay the going ETH gas fee. MetaMask will offer the pop-up authorization window where you can accept or decline the transaction. It cost $0.41 worth of ETH (at the going rate) to unwrap wLEO this way.
Possible Reasons For The Failed Operation
Why the FAIL message occurs seems to be an connection fault in my original LeoInfra account set-up. From what I understand, there's a difference between an account created via MetaMask and an existing LeoFinance Account that connects to MetaMask.
I did create an alternate account, @inalittle.leo, using my MetaMask Account with a different wallet address. Perhaps that move messed with my original LeoInfra to MetaMask link.
For all I know, the inability to unwrap wLEO from my LeoFinance wallet may be attributable to an error in my Metamask Account.
Whatever the reason may be, I won't fret it too much for now. If this same thing happens to another, hopefully this post will help guide them through the wLEO unwrapping process.

Great point @chireerocks. There were a couple of panic filled moments throughout this process. I figured if MetaMask was offering the final pop-up decline or accept widget with estimated gas fees, it had to be legit.
But...there is a lag where you wait for the Ethereum network to unwrapped your wLEO tokens. It's a good reminder not to freak out if they don't appear right away. Mine took about about a minute to show up in my LeoFinance wallet.

I think LeoInfra is a way of terming the coding behind the scenes that connects our LeoFinance wallets to our MetaMask wallets. That was my understanding anyway.
