Halo Sobat Indonesianhiver, kami kembali untuk menyampaikan terkait pembaruan terhadap manfaat yang diterima terhadap kontributor. Kira-kira apa saja alasannya dan bagaimana sistem manfaat baru yang akan diterima oleh kontributor ? Yuk simak postingan ini !
Bagi kalian yang sebelumnya sudah membaca postingan kami terkait program kurasi Indonesianhiver, porsi kurasi harian akan diberikan kepada delegator sebanyak 40%, sementara sisanya sebanyak 60% akan dibagi terhadap penulis pemula dan non delegator lainnya. Terdapat 2 alasan mengapa kami memutuskan untuk merubah ketentuan tersebut, yaitu:
1. Menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih sehat. Adanya porsi bagi kontributor dapat dianggap sebagai transaksional vote oleh ekosistem. Sistem kurasi yang baru akan menciptakan ekosistem yang lebih sehat karena kurasi diberikan tanpa adanya keterikatan terhadap penulis tertentu, sehingga seluruh voting power dapat difokuskan untuk memberikan kurasi bagi konten-konten dengan kualitas terbaik ataupun menyemangati penulis-penulis pemula;
2. Membuka peluang bagi user non-Indonesia untuk dapat berkontribusi. Manfaat kontributor sebelumnya berupa upvote akan bertentangan apabila hendak diikutsertakan dengan penulis yang tidak berasal dari Indonesia. Hal ini karena Indonesianhiver dibuat untuk memberikan apresiasi bagi penulis-penulis Indonesia melalui kurasi yang diberikan. Dengan sistem pembagian hasil reward kurasi, pemberian manfaat bagi kontributor/delegator dapat diberikan kepada siapa saja sesuai porsi Hive Power yang didelegasikan tanpa melanggar prinsip dasar akun Indonesianhiver itu sendiri.
BAGAIMANA SISTEM MANFAAT BARU BAGI KONTRIBUTOR?
Mekanisme pemberian manfaat bagi kontributor yaitu sebagai berikut:
1. Indonesianhiver memberikan kurasi terhadap penulis-penulis Indonesia dan akan mendapatkan reward kurator setelah 7 hari;
2. Reward tersebut akan dibagikan terhadap kontributor yang mendelasikan hive power nya terhadap kami sesuai dengan porsi masing-masing. Contoh : Bila total Hive Power kami adalah 1000, dan 100 nya merupakan hive power yang kamu delegasikan kepada kami, maka kamu akan mendapatkan 10% dari reward kurator tersebut.
3. Reward akan kami bagikan setiap hari dalam bentuk hive, namun bila terdapat kendala, reward akan diberikan di hari berikutnya.
4. Bagi kontributor yang baru mendelegasikan Hive Powernya, reward akan mulai diberikan 7 hari setelah delegasi mengingat power yang didelegasikan baru dapat digunakan pada hari itu dan rewardnya baru akan diterima di hari ke-7 setelah pendelegasian. Hal serupa berlaku bagi yang mencabut delegasinya, maka akan tetap mendapatkan reward delegasi sampai dengan 7 hari setelah ybs mencabut delegasinya.
5. Pembagian reward akan dimulai sejak tanggal 1 Februari 2023 :)

Halo Indonesianhiver's Friend, we're back to announce about changed on our delegator's benefit policy. What's changed and Why ? Then what's new benefir that will earned by delegator ? Let's check it out !
If you guys have read our post about our curation program, we had 40% of our voting power for the delegator, while the rest (60%) is split between new writer and another writer that are not part of the delegator. There is 2 reasons why we changed this policy:
1. To have a healthier ecosystem. Voting porsion for delegator is considered as a transactional vote by the ecosystem (even we just put some of it, we feel that it's opposite with the purpose of this Hive Ecosystem. Our new curation system will bring healthier ecosystem as the curation given without having any attachment to some writer, so all voting power could be focused to give curation to the best content or cheers those new hive users;
2. Open the opportunity for non Indonesian hiver to be a delegator. The latest benefir for contributor on the voting form will opposite the purpose of this account if we want to mixed it with non Indonesian hiver. This is because Indonesianhiver's account is created to appreciate Indonesian writer on Hive with the curation. With this new system, the benefit share for delegator could be given to anyone without violating our account's principal.
HOW'S OUR NEW BENEFIT FOR DELEGATOR?
Our new benefit for delegator is given with this mechanism
Mekanisme pemberian manfaat bagi kontributor yaitu sebagai berikut:
1. We will giving curation to Indonesian writer on hive then get the curation's reward 7 days after the curation;
2. Those reward will be shared to all contributor that delegate their Hive Power to us with the same portion as their delegation on percentage of all our hive power. Example : If our total Hive Power is 1000, and you had 100 HP delegated to us behind it, you will get 10% of our reward's share.
3. Reward will be given everyday with Hive, if there is a problem, we will give it on the next day (and so on);
4. For new delegator, reward will started to given on after 7 days passed because your hive power will be used on that day and the curation reward is earned 7 days later by the hive system. The same mechanism is happened to those who take away their delegation from us, they have the right to earned the delegation reward till 7 days after the delegation is taken away;
5. We will start to share the curation reward on 1st February 2023.
